Number and blade profile are selected for each case by our specialists depends on fan cooler operational parameters. The minimum number of fan impeller is three and maximum is eight.
For special finishes additional code is applied at the end of fan impeller identification code: e.g.: AS, KO, NP, SG.
Low weight as well as guaranteed balancing class of our fan impellers significantly extends fan overall life time and reduces gearbox maintenance and bearings replacement costs. Fan impeller hub is dynamically balanced while each fan blade undergoes static balancing procedure that provides G 6,3 balance class. Impellers as standard are made of cast steel or cast iron, which depends on the impeller diameter and power carried. Three coats of special epoxy paints for harsh working environments effectively prevents corrosion. Wentylatory Wentech made available special impeller selection computer program in favor to enable energy balance in the engineering of fan coolers.
In engineering and development process of blade profile every new design undergoes extended applied research within wet fan coolers, dry air coolers, in harsh environments and in forced- and induced draft fan configuration.
