Axial Fan - FRP Fan BP1

Blade of this profile have been designed and dedicated to high speed fan coolers (linear speed of blade tip ranges from 61 up to 81m/s. The blade profile provides maximum impeller efficiency within high rotation speed and capacity at relatively low pressure. The blade is manufactured in FRP as standard.

Blade profile provides low noise emission at high rotation speed. The blade has been successfully applied to new projects as well as the replacement for existing solutions. The blade increases fan voluminous effectiveness and thanks to high efficiency within the required operation area of existing fans eliminates the necessity for drive system improvement. Blade journal makes possible for steeples blade angle adjustment within the range from 1 to 28 deg.

The blade is normally applied to the impellers diameter from 4500mm to 8000mm.

Standard operational temperature for this blade is from -25 to + 65 deg.. C.

Suited for clockwise revolution.
